Treyarch's Global Production Coordinator Lvl. 1 position holds a single responsibility above all others: ensure studio-wide stability and the rapid resolution of global showstoppers. Upon starting at the company, I was unfamiliar with the proprietary software keeping the studio running, a knowledge critical to my role. I threw myself headfirst into resolving local blockers, such as reports of people unable to pull the latest build or submit their local changes. In a month's time I familiarized myself with the studio's in-house tools and development practices. I applied this knowledge to the resolution of global showstoppers, working with engineers and technical artists across the studio to quickly diagnose and resolve issues blocking necessary testing and/or threatening crucial deliverables.
After 6 months, my efforts were recognized, and I was promoted to produce the Core Online Team for Black Ops 4 in addition to leading Xbox One platform development. In this present position, I regularly create feature specs & roadmaps in collaboration with Design & Engineering for lobbies, matchmaking, social features, and player progression across the Multiplayer, Zombies, and Blackout game modes. On launch week, Kotaku reported that "Black Ops 4 is having the smoothest Call of Duty launch" in recent memory.
