Served as Feature Lead and Lead Activity Designer on Season 17 and 19 Dungeons for Destiny 2: Witch Queen. As a feature lead, I worked alongside the Dungeon team to drive direction of player journey, activity flow, level layout, mechanics, and encounters. I hosted bi-weekly standups with the team and lead sprint-planning retrospectives, task-assignment, and story-costing sessions at the beginning of each sprint. I coordinated, hosted, streamed, recorded, took notes, and generated action items from bi-weekly playtests of dungeon content, ensuring the features received targeted feedback between sessions. I also established recurring syncs with external collaborating dev groups to maintain alignment over the course of production.
